Q:  How long does it take for you to respond to emails?

Q: How fast will I receive my order?

Q:  Is it possible to get one size top, and a different size pants in your outfits?

A:  Yes. When ordering the outfit, choose one size. When you checkout, there’s an area for comments. Enter your size request in this area and we’ll be happy to accommodate you. 

Q:  Do you take any special requests?

Q:  Is it possible to get a size other that what's listed?

A:  Maybe. Please email us and we'll see if we have the size you need.

Q: I'm trying to place an order but I keep getting an error message that says: "Please fill in all the required fields before saving your customization." What do I do?

A: Go back to item you want to order. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and you'll see a customization area. Enter your personalization details there, then click save (located to the right).
